  1. When can I check in?

    Your room is ready from 15:00. Thanks to a key code, check-in is possible around the clock — you decide when you arrive.

  2. Is there a kitchen in the apartment?

    Yes, every apartment has a modern kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave — you are fully independent while still enjoying hotel service.

  3. Are the apartments suitable for allergy sufferers?

    Yes, our one- and two-room apartments on the second floor are equipped to be allergy-friendly.

  4. Can I use the sauna?

    Yes, the sauna in the winter garden can be used for an energy fee of €10.00 for 2 hours. On request we also arrange spa and wellness treatments.

  5. Is there parking and a bike room?

    Yes, parking is free. As a certified "Bett & Bike" host we also offer secure bicycle storage — ideal for cycling holidays.

  6. How far is the North Sea?

    The North Sea coast at Dornumersiel is just 5 km away. The historic Dornum museum railway is a few minutes’ walk; the moated castle and Beninga-Burg are right in the village.

  7. Is breakfast available?

    Yes, our breakfast buffet costs €14.90 per person and is served in the breakfast room.

  8. What is the thalasso offer?

    Dornum lies in the stimulating North Sea climate. Together with the therapy and wellness centre in Dornumersiel we arrange thalasso treatments with sea water, North Sea mud and algae — ideal for an outpatient spa cure.
