Dornum lies in the stimulating North Sea climate — the cocktail of fresh air, sun and sea. Together with the therapy and wellness centre in Dornumersiel we arrange thalasso treatments with sea water, North Sea mud and algae; the sauna in the winter garden is part of the house.
